Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "the User") and oklv3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the oklv3 website located at oklv3.pro, including all games, betting markets, account facilities, payment services, bonuses, promotions, and any other services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the oklv3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the oklv3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. oklv3 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oklv3 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 21, and age verification will be required as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing oklv3 account. One account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a voluntary exclusion agreement, or any restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the oklv3 platform. To create an account, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information accurately. oklv3 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without explanation.

KYC Verification

oklv3 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. You agree to provide the following documentation when requested:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or valid driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your name)
• Any additional documentation oklv3 deems necessary to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud prevention obligations

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. oklv3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact oklv3 support immediately at [email protected]. You must never share your login credentials with any third party.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

oklv3 operates all player account transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through payment methods that are registered in your own name. oklv3 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the oklv3 platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.
• oklv3 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at any time.
• Deposits made by persons under 21 years of age or by third parties on behalf of a registered player will be reversed and the associated account reviewed for closure.
• oklv3 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any deposit transaction, which may result in a temporary hold on funds pending verification.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on the oklv3 platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Accounts with pending verification documents will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• oklv3 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• oklv3 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Players who request limits in excess of standard thresholds may be subject to additional verification.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

oklv3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by oklv3:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. A player must meet all eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms to receive and retain a bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• oklv3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use by a player will be honoured subject to its original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or used in combination with other bonuses unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
• oklv3 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct that oklv3 determines to be inconsistent with fair and genuine play.

Seasonal promotions at oklv3 are designed around key dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.

Section 6

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

oklv3 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oklv3 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes cheating
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime in connection with the oklv3 platform, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the oklv3 platform, or using any account belonging to another person
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward oklv3 staff, customer support agents, or other users of the platform

oklv3 employs both automated monitoring and human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in investigation and may result in legal action where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

oklv3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that for some players, online gaming can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools and resources to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered oklv3 players:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time-Out — Players may take a break from gaming by activating a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player may not log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion — Players who feel they need a longer break may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any oklv3 content without prior written permission from oklv3.

Game content (including game mechanics, graphics, and sounds) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is governed by the terms of those providers' licences. oklv3 operates as a licensee of these providers' content.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oklv3 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected value arising from game outcomes, betting results, or any interruption to gaming services
• Loss or damage arising from technical faults, server downtime, software errors, or third-party payment provider failures beyond oklv3's reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether oklv3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Loss arising from the player's own decision to gamble, including any financial hardship resulting from gaming activity on the oklv3 platform

Section 10

Privacy and Data Protection

oklv3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the oklv3 Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

oklv3 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your personal and financial data is never sold to third parties. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Section 11

Account Termination and Suspension

oklv3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe required by oklv3
• A player's request to close their own account, including a self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools
• Where oklv3 determines, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, its players, or its financial systems

Where an account is closed by oklv3 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

Amendments and Governing Law

oklv3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oklv3 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through oklv3's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. By using the platform, you consent to this dispute resolution process.
